Instructions
1. Look at our sample house listing for an example of how your listing will look after you fill out our form.
2. Fill out all of the sections in our form below and press the “submit” button at the bottom. Your listing will be sent to the website administrator to be reviewed and posted on the site. *Be sure to indicate whether you want to lease your room on a short-term or a long-term basis (or if you would do either).
3. After you press the “submit” button, an email will be sent the email address you provided asking for pictures of your house. If you want to post pictures of your house, reply to that email with the pictures as an attachment.
You may list your extra room for leasing in two different ways on this site:
1. Long term lease — Lease your room to a UMC student on a yearly basis.
2. Short term lease — Lease your room to extern students from other schools working at UMC on a monthly basis.
