Our home is located in NE Jackson, about 10 minutes from UMMC. It has a great location half-way between downtown and County Line Road. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a quiet street. It was purchased by a medical student and his spouse in 2006 from a graduating medical student. At over 2200 sq ft, it is large and has an open floor plan that is great for having friends and family over for parties. We have redone much of the house; including new flooring in the baths, kitchen, living, dining and hallways. New paint in every room. We purchased new appliances for the kitchen in 2006 and the roof was replaced in the fall of 2005. This house is move in ready and would require little to no maintenance for quite some time.
